Stepan N. Kalmykov is a research assistant at the Radiochemistry division of Moscow State University,
Russia. His research interests focus on environmental radiochemistry and radioanalytical
chemistry. Dr. Kalmykov is involved in the study of radionuclide migration in the geosphere, actinide elements solution chemistry, methods of separation and pre-concentration of radionuclides and low-level nuclear spectroscopy. He has worked as a Research Associate in the National Institute of Standards and Technology and at the Chemistry Department of the Florida State University.
