Ms. Allbaugh holds a bachelor's degree from Florida State University and is currently
working to complete the final coursework for her Master's degree in Public Administration.
She is responsible for a number key logistical and office management functions at the IICER.
Specifically, she is responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for IICER personnel,
including international travel. Ms. Allbaugh also assists with the planning and
execution of the conferences, symposia and workshops conducted by the IICER. Ms. Allbaugh
reports directly to the IICER Director.
